Video Recording Standards

Worldwide, there are various recording standards for a commercially released video, and each is unique and incompatible because of differing rates of frame per second delivery.

Amazon.co.uk Video sells the PAL (Phase Alternation Line) standard only, which is used in most European countries and regions of Asia.

PAL Countries

PAL is the standard format used in the following countries, you should be able to view any of the Only Fools and Horses Video's.

NTSC Countries

NTSC is the standard format used in the following countries, however, if you have video recorder that will play PAL tapes then you should be able to view any of the Only Fools and Horses Video's, please check your video's instruction manual to see if your video will support the PAL format, also please ensure your Television is compatible too.

Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba , Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Bolivia, Brazil (NTSC is PAL-M compatible), Canada, Chile, China (Taiwan), Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Fiji, Grenada, Guam, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Japan, Democratic People's Republic (PAL/NTSC), Korea, Republic of Mexico, Micronesia, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Philippines, Puerto Rico, St. Christopher and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Samoa, Eastern Suriname, Tonga, Trinidad and Tobago, United States of America, Venezuela, Vietnam (NTSC/SECAM), Virgin Islands, British Virgin Islands, U.S. Yemen (PAL/NTSC)
